EOI: Management of the new Glen Waverley Sports Hub and Oakleigh Golf Course
The City of Monash is now seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified, experienced, and resourced parties within the golfing and/or tennis industry interested in managing the new Glen Waverley Sports Hub, and the Oakleigh Golf Course.
The $26.7M Glen Waverley Sports Hub, comprising Glen Waverley Golf Course and the new Monash Tennis Centre, will operate as a commercially managed, community-focused tennis and golf facility providing equitable access to all members of the Monash community, and beyond.
Council is excited what new opportunities lay within the new Glen Waverley Sports Hub and what it will bring for the future of golf, tennis and community use at the site, and for the future Facility Operator. The potential for growth at Glen Waverley Sports Hub is compelling.
