JOB: Golf Administrator – Oxley GC (Brisbane)
Oxley Golf Club invites applicants to apply for the Full-Time position of Golf Administrator.
Oxley Golf Club is well-known members 18-hole Championship Golf Course situated on the western side of Brisbane. The successful applicant will report to the Operations Manager and you will be an integral member of the team where you will be responsible for the effective management of Golf & Membership Operations at Oxley Golf Club.
Duties will include:
- Preparation of all competition timesheets and fixture books.
- Liaising with OGC members on issues relative to membership, competitions, club championships and major golfing events.
- Promotion and Marketing to Social Clubs and Corporate golf.
Specific requirements of the successful applicant are:
- Excellent people skills.
- Ability to implement and follow club procedures.
- Flexibility in work hours, weekend work is essential to this role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outgoing personality.
- Golf knowledge is essential to this role. In particular, scoring, handicapping and general rules knowledge.
- Previous experience within the golf industry is desirable.
