Strathfield Golf Club is one of the best golfing facilities in Sydney with a recently developed course and new clubhouse with a modern function centre.

Strathfield Golf Club is looking to find our new Course Superintendent.

Applicants will possess:

• Must hold turf management qualifications & AQF3 Chemical accreditation.
• Plan, Develop and Implement the maintenance program on the course. Previous experience with couch, kikuyu and zoysia preferred.
• Lead and develop the course maintenance team, a 2IC, mechanic and 8 grounds staff.
• Manage and control budget expenditure.
• Experience in chemical management and application.
• Monitor & maintain work health & saftey obligations of grounds and course staff.
• Experience in operating turf machinery
• Prepare rosters, approve time sheets and other staff admin duties as required.
• Experience with irrigation systems programming, repairs & troubleshooting (preferably Toro)
• Strong Work Ethic
• Attention to detail
