Peter Senior honoured at AGWA awards
Recently retired Peter Senior was awarded Honouree of the Year at the recent ISP Handa AGWA annual dinner and awards night.
The 57 years old Queenslander’s career came to a premature halt on day two of the Australian Open earlier this year when he had to withdraw after six holes due to a hip injury.
Senior is a 23-time winner in Australia, including capturing all three of Australia’s biggest tournaments after the age of 50, and has been one of Australia’s most popular golfers in a career spanning almost 40 years.
