The Grange Golf Club Welcomes First Female President

The Grange Golf Club welcomed Nicolle Rantanen Reynolds as the 19th President at the AGM on Monday 26 September 2022.  The Club is excited to welcome its first Women President in the Club’s history.

Ms Rantanen Reynolds replaces Mr Bruno Battistella who has been the second longest serving President in the club’s history, having served 8 years. Prior to her appointment as President, Ms Rantanen Reynolds was Vice President,  Chair of the Finance Committee and a member of the Strategy, Risk and Governance Committee.

Ms Rantanen Reynolds was elected by members unopposed and is the first female and youngest ever President of the Grange Golf Club.

Ms Rantanen Reynolds brings to the role significant experience as a Company Director, serving on a number of boards including the Board of Credit Union SA, the University of SA’s Governing Council, the Institute of Company Directors SA/NT Advisory Board and as Vice President and Board member of Thoroughbred Racing NT.

She is a Certified Practising Accountant (Fellow), a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors and holds degrees of Master of Commercial Law and Master of Business Administration.

The Grange Golf club has approximately 2,100 members, a waiting list for new members and is in a strong financial position to continue to deliver on its vision to be the State’s Premier golfing facility.
