The Hills GC (QLD) will close their doors 9 April

POSTED ON March 17, 2022 @ 11:59 am
Breaking news in from the Hills GC in Qld, situated just a 30 minute drive from Brisbane or 45 minutes from the Gold Coast. Its also the home of The Hills Golf Academy and where Jason Day learned much of his game
Their Facebook post today announced the following:
“News has been received yesterday from the developers looking to develop your golf course, stating they will be taking possession of the vacant land on the golf course as of June 2022. This has to lead us to make the tough decision to close our business and your golf course with our last day of trading being the 10th of April 2022.
This news has been very sudden and it is with a heavy heart that we have to say goodbye to the business and facility that the members and staff have put so much time, effort and hard work into.”
Any further questions please don’t hesitate to call Robert McNamara directly on 0409271629 or call the shop on 0413918832.
